This one was very spacious. All the pipework had to be dropped under the floor to avoid unsightly boxing in’s. At high level the flue for the boiler runs through a boxing from the boiler to termination, as we are also gas safe registered engineers we are aware of the safety impact on the boiler by completely covering the flue up. So we fitted 3 inspection hatches along its length making it fully inspect-able.
As the space allowed, we fitted a separate bath and walk in shower cubicle with over head rain shower. But just check out that floor, a stunning herringbone style tile. Our tiler excelled himself with this one. The walls were only painted white as undercoat. The customer opted to decorate themselves.
