In March 2024 I had a new water tank fitted. From the start I was impressed by their professionalism and efficiency. Like most people one imagines problems ! However, there were none ! We’ve just had a full new gas central heating system installed by Parkstone Heating and couldn’t be happier with the result.

Ian first came out about a month beforehand to carefully check everything and talk through the design with us. We previously had old brick storage heaters and a large hot water cylinder, all of which have now been completely removed and replaced with a new Vaillant combi boiler and 11 radiators.

The boiler has been neatly installed in the existing cupboard where the cylinder used to be, which keeps everything looking clean and tidy.

Ian, Ben and Antony were friendly, professional and very respectful of our home. They protected all the flooring and left everything clean at the end of each day.

The whole installation was completed in just 3 days for our two-storey house, which we were really impressed with given the amount of work involved.
