Water

We will check water pressure/quality. If required, we will re-pressurise the expansion vessel. We also clean any system filters fitted and check all water connections and hydraulic assemblies.

Air

We check the flue integrity and perform combustion analysis. We also check appliance seals and the integrity of gaskets, as well as the ventilation and flue routes and terminations. We also check open flue performance.

Gas

We check gas pressures (inlet and burner pressures) and operation of any safety devices. We also test for gas tightness.

Electrical

We check that electrics supplying the boiler are safe and that the correct fuse is fitted. If you need a boiler repair, you can always call us and we’ll do our utmost to fit you in immediately.

Servicing Procedure

When we arrive to carry out your gas boiler repair or boiler service we do ask that you move any valuables or ornaments away from the area. Our engineers will move any heavy furniture and all carpets and remaining furniture will be covered for the duration of our visit. We leave your property as clean and tidy as it was when we arrived.

During our visit we carry out the WAGE procedure noted above and will fully advise you of any installation defects or unsafe situations we find. Before we leave we provide you with a checklist which explains all the work carried out and any advice we feel necessary.
